PPM Coachers is recruiting for the role of Tester!

Your Mission

• Execute functional certification tests and provide full support during the User Acceptance Test (UAT), ensuring delivered functionalities meet business expectations.
• Create, maintain, and execute functional test scenarios and cases, adapting them to different contexts and project requirements.
• Actively participate in agile projects, collaborating with the team during sprints and contributing to continuous quality improvement.
• Ensure regression testing (manual and/or automated) and sampling tests to validate changes and prevent negative impacts on existing functionalities.
• Monitor QA processes, record results, report deviations, and ensure traceability and integrity of tests.
• Perform final verification of critical functionalities, simulating
  - world conditions with
  - users to validate

  - end solutions before deployment.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders, promoting effective communication and ensuring acceptance criteria are met.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Information Technologies, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in QA/Tester roles or similar.
• Proven experience in agile development environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Knowledge of BDD languages, especially Gherkin, for
  - driven testing.
• Strong communication skills, critical thinking, proactive attitude, with a focus on quality and teamwork.

Valued Skills (Plus)

• Previous knowledge of the insurance sector and understanding of its processes and specifics.
• Experience in functional testing within insurance projects will be considered an advantage.
