The purpose of the role is ensuring that testing is done in a universal way in all R&D Development Hubs and defining all test activities across hubs and teams that contributes to the software product. **Responsibilities****_a) Coordinating the test phases:_**- Be the contact for Release Management and QA Director in planning and progress of our specific test phases and special test activities. - Plan the test phase/activity within the domain, organize and host necessary meetings. - Create work items to be distributed amongst the Quality Managers in the domain. - Give overall quality feedback. - Raise any concerns/escalations regarding not meeting goals/scope in our test phases and activities. **_b) Overall responsibility of review of test work products:_**- Have expert knowledge of the review process. - Assist in reviews and making assessments on degree of knowledge of the review process for the Quality Managers in the domain. - Responsible for following up that the review process is being followed within the domain. - Responsible for assigning reviewers to ensure all Quality Managers have a peer reviewer. **_c) Superior knowledge of the domain/project:_**- Expert knowledge of the common features, integrations to other modules and how to test these. - Responsible for ensuring common features are tested and working within the domain. - Drives the testing strategy, methods and tools in the domain. - Promotes quality within the domain and the project. - identifies and prioritizes any type of requirement to be verified and estimates the effort. - Coaching of Quality Managers in the domain. **_d) Control of the manual and automated test procedures within the domain:_**- Expert knowledge of how to create test procedures. - Responsible for following up that the standard processes and best practices for Test procedures are followed in the domain. - Follow up on risk assessment of the test procedures. **Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in software testing and development. - Deep knowledge of the existing testing activities and phases. - Able to identify dependencies for other domains based on changes implemented in the domain. - Having a keen eye for quality throughout the project. - Risk Management skills. - Fluent in the English language. - Deep knowledge of the product, Quality Characteristics, Genetics, different test types performed at Unit4 and previous experience as a Unit4 Quality Manager is very much appreciated. - Leadership and people skills are appreciated. - Agile/Lean work experience is preferred as well as a continuous improvement mindset. **Additional Information**:A chance to participate in the development of an international leading software firm.
