We're now looking for a
Human Resources Officer
who shares these values and wants to grow within a dynamic,
- centric, and
- performance environment.
As an
HR Officer
you'll play a key role in supporting our people and ensuring that HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.
You will be a trusted point of contact for employees, supporting them throughout the employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
Working closely with leadership and other teams, you'll actively contribute to HR strategies that enhance engagement and wellbeing across the company.
Your mission
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, engagement activities and offboarding with care and professionalism.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and documentation, assist with payroll and benefits administration, and ensure legal and policy compliance.
- Continuous processes: Identify, document, and implement enhancements to HR processes, ensuring they are efficient, consistent, and aligned with best practices.
- Culture & Engagement: Collaborate on initiatives that strengthen our culture
Requirements
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in an HR assistant or similar role.
- Good knowledge of Portuguese labor law
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- A proactive, adaptable, and
- oriented mindset. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
