PPM Coachers is recruiting for the position of Project Manager: Content Hub 2. 0!
Your Mission
- Manage project deliverables and timelines effectively.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including Group Marketing, SBU Portal Owners, and Champions across different zones.
- Oversee dependency management, horizon planning, and Jira reporting.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Management of project finances, accruals, status, and other related matters.
Challenges and Risks
The candidate should be prepared to navigate a tight budget while delivering the roadmap efficiently and without waste. Special consideration in the management of Zones and SBUs stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years managing
- scale projects, preferably in digital or marketing environments. - Proven experience coordinating
- functional teams and stakeholders across multiple regions or countries. - Project management using agile (Scrum, SAFe) and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and progress reporting.
- Knowledge of project financial management, including budgeting, accruals, and status reporting.
- Experience with system integrations and rollout of digital modules (Brand Assistant or similar).
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent time management and task prioritization.
- Problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
- Hands‑on, autonomous, and proactive profile with a strong results orientation.
- English C1/C2 and Portuguese – mandatory.
Work Model
100% remote regime, with Spanish Working Hours. It is necessary to be in Portugal.
