We are seeking a dynamic and
- oriented Retail Experience Director, part of the L'Oréal Luxe Leadership Team and Iberian CMOO structure, to lead our local team through a period of growth and transformation. This unique opportunity offers unparalleled experience working with prestigious luxury beauty brands and being part of the leadership team of L’Oréal Luxe in Portugal and the LL CMO Team.

Your mission will include:

1. Accelerate Sell-Out Growth: Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive
   - out of our Beauty Advisors in ECI and Perfumeries. Analyze KPIs to track progress, identify opportunities, and optimize performance and allocation.
2. Guarantee Retail Excellence: Oversee and optimize retail operations, including
   - store service, merchandising, and partnerships with retail teams.
3. Empower Through Education: Ensure our role as a top education partner by coordinating local training operations to meet coverage and relevancy goals.
4. Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with leadership across all functional areas within Portugal and the CMOO teams in the cluster.
