PPM Coachers is recruiting for the position of IT Ops!

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor IT infrastructure, production operations, and IT risk/cybersecurity activities.
• Develop and maintain service monitoring using Elastic Search, Grafana, and Dynatrace.
• Implement and support Dev
  Ops processes using Gitlab, Artifactory, Jenkins, Sonar
  Qube, Mattermost, and Ansible.
• Administer and troubleshoot Linux and Windows systems, ensuring system reliability.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge in areas such as IT Infrastructure, Production Operation Steering, IT Risk and Cyber Security.
• Mastery of new technological stacks (Elastic Search, Grafana, Dynatrace, etc. ) for service monitoring, with an understanding of the Dev
  Ops chain (Gitlab, Artifactory, Jenkins, Sonar
  Qube, Mattermost, Ansible, etc. ).
• Experience with Linux and Windows systems.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Helm.
• Fluent in English.
• French – plus.

Work Model: Hybrid work model (3x days per week in the office, Colombo area – Lisbon)
