About the Role

We are seeking a talented 3D Generalist to join our Creative team. This role is responsible for generating a wide range of engaging 3D assets across our diverse portfolio of brands, requiring flexibility in adapting to various visual styles and aesthetic approaches. You will collaborate closely with Graphic Designers and other team members to translate creative concepts into precise and
- quality 3D visuals, ensuring consistent and professional execution for all our content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a diverse range of
  - realistic product and lifestyle renderings from various reference materials.
• Help us set new standards for the modelling, texturing, and lighting of our products.
• Accurately translate design concepts into detailed 3D models.
• Develop
  - resolution final images of rendered content.
• Successfully balance and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
• Work with varied project briefs, cooperate with Graphic Designers, and support the wider Creative team.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, adapting to the distinct visual approaches required for our various brands.
• Uphold design standards, including consistent
  - naming structures and meticulous folder organisation.

Requirements

• Proficiency with
  - standard 3D software (e. G. , 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar). Cinema 4D + Octane renderer is preferred.
• You possess a strong portfolio of work covering a wide range of 3D creative projects.
• Mandatory: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required. You must be able to fluently communicate and clearly articulate technical 3D constraints to
  - technical team members.
• You have 4+ years’ experience as a 3D designer. Ideally, you’ll have worked in a graphic/animation studio, advertising agency, or an
  - house creative department and have some experience working with beauty or wellness products.
• You possess a proactive interest in emerging 3D technologies and have a willingness to explore AI-powered tools to optimize workflows and push creative boundaries.
• You are capable of assessing a brief and determining the most effective execution strategy - knowing when to push for perfection and when to utilise smart shortcuts to meet tight turnarounds.
• You are educated to degree level in Design or a related subject (e. G. , Graphic Design, Product Design, Animation, or Motion Design).
• You are proficient in modelling and texturing, and can create stunning renders of packaging, single products, and more detailed scenes. You have the flexibility and capability to render in multiple styles.
• You have expertise in lighting
  - up, colour, and shading, with a keen focus on optimal product presentation.
• You have a great sense of composition, realism, texture, and lighting, and a strong understanding of materials. You can view products from a customer's perspective.
• You are highly skilled with Adobe Photoshop and knowledgeable about the broader Adobe Creative Suite.
• You can effectively plan, prioritise, and
  - solve in a
  - paced environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
