Your Mission Will Be:

1. Provide 3rd line of application support;
2. Know the procedures and participate in the task automation process;
3. Manage and monitor service levels;
4. Build and update documentation and materials to support services.

You Will Need:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Application Support;
2. Strong technical component in scripting languages (e. g. , KSH/Bash; Python; Perl);
3. Expertise working with SQL;
4. Fluent in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus);
5. CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have:

1. BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
2. Experience in Unix/Linux environments;
3. Knowledge of the ELK Stack and Java programming language.
