What You'll do
- Provide 3rd line technical support for
- critical applications, ensuring high availability and stability; - Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex incidents and problems;
- Manage and optimize monitoring systems and alerting mechanisms;
- Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts to improve operational efficiency;
- Collaborate closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure effective incident resolution;
- Document incidents, root causes, and solutions, contributing to a knowledge base;
- Analyze recurring issues and recommend preventive measures to improve system reliability;
- Participate in
- call rotations, providing
- level support during
- hours; - Hybrid work model.
What You Are
- Proven experience in 3rd Line Application and Operational Support;
- Strong knowledge of SQL;
- Solid experience with AIX / Linux operating systems (user level or higher);
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in scripting languages (e. g. , Shell/Bash, Python);
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical and functional incidents;
- Deep understanding of application workflows and functional dependencies;
- Strong documentation and process optimization skills;
- Availability for
- call rotation (night shifts shared within the team).
Preferred Technical Skills
- Experience with TIBCO Business
Works; - Familiarity with Elastic Search and Grafana for monitoring and observability;
- Knowledge of Ansible for automation and configuration management;
- Technical or functional understanding of Banking, Digital Payments, or e
Commerce systems.
