Customer Service Agent Role

This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and support to
- conscious individuals.

• As a fashion mentor, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their shopping experience, offering expert advice and solutions to their queries.
• Providing
  - notch assistance over the phone, via email or social media, you will resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• You will also answer questions and provide troubleshooting services regarding products, orders, payment methods, and shipping while maintaining a calm and polite demeanor.

The ideal candidate should possess a native level of French and a good level of English, with enthusiasm for fashion and trends. Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience is essential.

What We Offer

- A yearly contract with 40 hours of work per week from Monday to Sunday, 7am - 9pm.

- Two salary options:

including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included):

€1040 gross/month;



excluding accommodation:

€1240 gross/month.

Requirements

• Native level of French and a good level of English.
• Enthusiasm about fashion and trends.
• Knowledge of the value and impact of a good customer experience.
