Compensation Operations Analyst
This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical, organizational and
- solving skills. As a Compensation Operations Analyst, you will work closely with the PSG team to deliver and administer compensation programs for Managing Directors & Partners (MDPs). Your responsibilities will include preparing and updating complex MDP compensation models, preparing and tracking compensation payments, reviewing PSRF calculations and performing detailed analysis of current or historical compensation data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the MDP compensation programs
- Prepare and update complex MDP compensation models
- Prepare and track compensation payments in alignment with internal controls and timelines
- Review PSRF calculations submitted by local finance teams and provide feedback based on global eligibility rules and knowledge of local programs
- Perform detailed analysis of current or historical compensation data to support recurring operations and
- making - Engage with the PSG Product Portfolio team to continuously support and evolve with our business
- Document core processes and utilize digital tools to design and implement automation or control improvements
- Prepare and review annual MDP statements and communications

What We Offer:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field
- 2-4+ years of relevant experience in areas such as accounting, audit, compensation, or financial operations
- Strong analytical mindset with a curiosity for solving problems
- Effective communicator with the ability to present information clearly and professionally
- Highly organized,
- oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a
- paced environment - Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power
Point - Experience with digital tools such as Microsoft Power Apps and Tableau is strongly preferred
