We are currently seeking a Principal Learning Advisor to join a strategic project with one of our international partners in the defense sector. This position is based in Oeiras, operating under a presencial model.

? Responsibilities

• Training Administration & Logistics: Manage training logistics, including coaching, seminars, workshops, and conferences.
• Programme Support: Assist in designing and aligning training programmes with strategic priorities.
• Training Coordination: Oversee corporate, technical, and soft skills training delivery.
• Supplier & Procurement Management: Handle provider relationships, quotes, invoicing, and full service delivery.
• Participant Management: Oversee enrolments and participant engagement.
• Event Organization: Support onboarding and ad hoc learning events.
• Evaluation & Feedback: Gather input, assess quality, and propose improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders.
• System & Data Management: Maintain accurate training records in the TMS.
• Budget Monitoring: Track training and travel expenditures.

? Requirements

? Education & Experience

• Higher vocational training + 3 years of relevant experience, or secondary education + 5 years of experience.
• Background in training/learning & development, preferably in large or international organisations.
• Experience managing the full training cycle (needs analysis, planning, delivery, monitoring, evaluation).

? Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power
  Point, Share
  Point).
• Strong administrative and data management abilities.

? Soft Skills

• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage
  - priority tasks.
• Self-starter with initiative, flexibility, and ability to adapt.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of an organisation.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
