Salary range: 24, 000 – 28, 000 EUR annually

We are looking for a proactive and
- oriented Registrar to support the academic and operational functions of an international school. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing educational institution that champions a student-centred,

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Deputy Principal in the
  -
  - day academic and operational running of the college.
• Coordinating admissions and induction for new students.
• Managing timetables, tutorial scheduling, and student attendance.
• Liaising with tutors, students, and parents to ensure smooth communication.
• Monitoring student progress and supporting data reporting.
• Assisting with the organisation of examinations and college events.
• Helping to foster a positive and innovative learning culture.

We are looking for candidates with:

• Strong organisational and
  - management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English;
  
  
  
  Portuguese is an advantage.
• Proficiency in IT systems (spreadsheets, databases, office software).
• The ability to work under pressure with tact, efficiency, and a collaborative spirit.
• A genuine interest in education and student welfare.
