Access Management (French Speaker) Lisboa

Overview

We are looking for a Junior Logical Security Officer (local contract) to work within our Infrastructure & Security business unit in Porto.

Responsibilities

• Manage user access permissions in our IAM system;
• Coach users on the usage of our
  - service platform for access rights requests;
• Create and maintain access profiles in our IAM system; create and maintain business profiles for use by teams;
• Maintain and improve the access rights model of corporate applications as needed;
• Manage user accounts and permissions in specific applications;
• Enforce the least privilege access model by coaching users, conducting level 1 controls and taking part in yearly
  - certification campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1 or 2 years of experience in a user support role, such as a service desk or similar—handling incident tickets, user calls, etc. ;
• Knowledge of French (C1 - mandatory);
• Knowledge of ticketing tools, such as Service
  Now;
• Previous experience in managing users and group memberships in Active Directory;
• Previous experience with user account management in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) is a plus.

Other Requirements

• Knowledge of English (optional but highly recommended);
• Self-motivated, proactive, independent, punctual, and responsive;
• Problem-solving skills;
• Ability to effectively manage and communicate with different stakeholders;
• Assertive personality with good negotiation skills.
