Drive and coordinate the company's digital accessibility efforts.

The Lead will ensure audits and recommendations are delivered with high quality, organize and prioritize the team's work, and act as the main point of contact with the client.

What do you need to be SMART?

- 4 to 6+ years of experience in
- end development, QA, UX, or digital accessibility.

- Proven knowledge of WCAG 2. 2 and RGAA criteria.

- Solid understanding of assistive technologies (screen readers, keyboard navigation, contrast tools).

- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate a small team.

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in French and English – minimum B2.

- Bonus: IAAP certification (CPACC, WAS, or ADS).

- Proven experience performing accessibility audits on digital products (websites, apps, or software).

- Ability to translate technical accessibility findings into clear, actionable guidance for development teams.

- Demonstrated experience leading junior team members and effectively presenting findings to clients or stakeholders.

What will your role be at SMART?

- Lead a team of accessibility specialists (2–3 people).

- Plan, prioritize and monitor accessibility audit activities.

- Perform advanced accessibility audits according to WCAG 2. 2 and RGAA.

- Translate audit results into actionable recommendations for product teams.

- Communicate findings and progress with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Contribute to awareness sessions, workshops, and training about accessibility.

- Stay up to date with accessibility laws and regulations (RGAA, European Accessibility Act, etc. ).
