Location: Cascais, Portugal
Full-time | On-site | Monday to Friday | Flexible working hours (TBC)€1, 500/month gross + commissions + performance bonuses
We’re searching for an experienced Account Executive with a strong sales mindset and a refined approach to client communication. This is a rare opportunity to join a
- tier travel company in Cascais, working with affluent international travelers and helping craft premium,
- made experiences across Portugal. ⸻Your Mission:• Manage and convert
- qualified leads (no cold calling)• Hold discovery calls with potential clients and understand their travel preferences• Propose custom itineraries and premium travel solutions that match client expectations• Guide clients through the
- making and booking process with confidence and care• Build
- term relationships with repeat travelers and
- value customers• Update CRM systems, follow up on opportunities, and report progress to management⸻What We’re Looking For:• Prior experience in sales,
- facing roles, or account management (experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or concierge services is a plus)• Excellent written and spoken English (fluency in additional languages is a bonus)• Strong communication, persuasion, and
- up skills• Tech-savvy and organized – confident using CRMs and online tools• Professional, trustworthy, and
- oriented with a natural service mindset• Based in or near Cascais, with availability for
