I joined We
Travel 6 years ago as an Account Executive helping Peruvian tour operators grow. Since then, I’ve built teams across Latin America, helped scale Africa, and now I’m based in our Amsterdam HQ, leading expansion across EMEA.
We’ve seen strong traction in markets like the UK, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, and Italy, and now we’re looking to expand in the rest of Europe. Sweden and Norway are our next bet, and that’s where you come in.
I’m building a new team to unlock this potential. We’re looking for someone who’s not afraid to build from scratch. This role is part Account Executive, part Business Developer. You’ll have best practices to lean on, but you’ll also be expected to figure things out, connect the dots, and help us shape the market.

This is a remote job. You must have the right to work in the EU.

Travel, our Sales team combines autonomy with strong collaboration. As an Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle — from initial outreach and discovery calls to product demos, closing deals, and smoothly handing off to onboarding.

You’ll spend most of your time doing what actually moves the needle: prospecting, demoing, and following up with qualified leads—we already have a large pool of interested prospects, so minimal time is needed on research.

Spot to manage our pipeline and prioritize a consultative sales approach that builds lasting relationships with travel operators. Hospitality or travel industry experience is a big plus, and we love people who bring that

Why You Should or Shouldn’t Apply
You Should Apply If You
- Are a native or C2 level Swedish or Norwegian speaker and fully proficient in English (required)
- Feel confident on the phone and comfortable with cold outreach
- Have strong communication and presentation skills
- Are passionate about helping small to
- sized businesses grow - Have some experience with inside sales via email and phone
- Have worked in B2B sales, ideally with small businesses
- Are familiar with CRM tools like Hub
Spot - Bonus if you come from a hospitality or travel background and understand how tour operators think
- Don’t enjoy outbound sales or initiating contact with new prospects.
- Aren’t comfortable managing a full sales cycle independently.
- Struggle with organization or adapting to
- changing priorities.
- Prospecting and connecting with tour operators in Sweden and Norway
- Acting as a business developer — we’ll provide lead lists, but we’ll also count on you to source your own, gather market insights, and help us break into the France & Benelux region effectively
- Running engaging demos that clearly show the value of We
Travel - Managing your pipeline in Hub
Spot and keeping deals moving forward - Closing new business and ensuring a smooth handoff to our onboarding team

- Attractive compensation - uncapped commission. Base Fulltime Salary is $40, 000 (USD) (On Target Earnings: Year 1 OTE = USD 92, 500, Year 2 OTE = USD 125, 000).
