Summary
The Deel HR Sales Team supports the Core Sales Organization with
- specific opportunities. In this role, you will support all segments (SMB to Enterprise), covering both new and existing business within the DACH region. This role focuses on growing our HR-specific product in the market. You will own your direct pipeline as well as the full Deel HR pipeline for the region.
As an Account Executive for Deel HR, you will drive sales growth by developing and nurturing client relationships in the region. This is a founding sales team opportunity for Deel HR—the
- growing product line within a
- growing tech company.
Meeting or exceeding monthly and yearly revenue targets is essential, with the goal of securing new business, expanding existing accounts, and positioning the organization as a trusted partner.
Responsibilities
- Lead and own our Deel HR expansion within the DACH Region
- Create pipe across all roles; AEs, AMs, SDRs, Partners, Marketing and more
- Grow and own your own targeted account list
- Manage the customer buying journey from start to finish, providing guidance and subject matter expertise
- Meet or exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets
- Qualify and understand client requirements to adapt solutions
- Keep CRM up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data
Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Ideally, previous experience in HR tech sales
- A proven track record of developing a greenfield territory, executing across the full sales cycle, and adding net new logos
- Experience in
- functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction - Desire to work for a
- paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility - Fluent in German and English
