Role
The Account Executive, Deel Immigration is responsible for driving sales growth by building and nurturing relationships with large, strategic clients. This role focuses on understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts to secure new business and expand existing accounts. You will work with other sales team members, marketing, and customer success to drive immigration revenue and expand our footprint in the Enterprise segment.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets through full
- cycle ownership. - Maintain

- date knowledge on Deel’s Immigration offering and broader immigration industry trends. - Build and maintain consultative relationships with new and existing clients to understand requirements and tailor immigration solutions.
- Collaborate with core AEs to ensure a cohesive client experience.
- Drive business growth with the SDR function.
- Foster strong relationships across sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver the best client experience.
- Demonstrate strong presentation, demonstration, and communication skills.
- Maintain current customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data in the CRM.
Requirements
- 2+ years closing sales experience
- Experience with process/playbook selling (e. g. , MEDDIC, Challenger, Customer-centric or similar)
- Desire to work for a
- paced startup with increasing levels of responsibility - Hunter mentality with solid sales DNA and appetite for continual learning
- EMEA located
- English plus one other European language
