To support this ambition, we’re looking for a talented Account Executive to join our growing team and help shape the future of the industry!
Responsibilities
As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving Rental
Ready’s commercial success in France and other French‑speaking markets, working closely with your SDR counterpart to convert inbound leads and product demos into new customers and representing Rental
Ready at key industry events.
- Conduct personalized product demonstrations to showcase the value of Rental
Ready to property managers. - Manage the full sales cycle from discovery call to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate closely with the SDR team to maximize conversion rates and ensure lead quality.
- Represent Rental
Ready at trade shows, roadshows, and industry events. - Maintain a structured pipeline in Hub
Spot, ensuring accurate forecasting and smooth communication with management. - Share insights and market feedback with Product and Marketing to continuously improve our offer and positioning.
- Be the face of Rental
Ready in the French market, building trust, visibility, and long‑term relationships within the community.
What You Need to Succeed
- Native French speaker, fluent in English (able to conduct demos in English).
- Previous experience in the short‑term rental or property management industry (even through an internship).
- Experience in B2B or Saa
S sales is a plus. - Strong communication and presentation skills — both online and in person.
- Organized, analytical, and comfortable managing a CRM (Hub
Spot). - Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑driven.
- Excited to work in a fast‑paced scale‑up with a global footprint.
