What You'll Do
- Develop our market territory by prospecting clients in the Education market, identifying the decision makers, providing proposals and closing meetings.
- Qualify and understand your prospects
- critical issues, challenge conventional learning approaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the business impact go
FLUENT brings to an organization. - Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for go
FLUENT solutions. - Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and
- makers from your key client accounts. - Work and collaborate with our experienced Business Development, Marketing and Customer Success Teams to successfully close high potential deals.
- Participate in exhibitions and events.
- Travel to customer sites within your territory to support your sales efforts.
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2Edu sales. Good to have Saa
S and international experience. - Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect Education organizations, including senior managers and the C-suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Team player,
- motivated to thrive in a
- paced,
- oriented, collaborative environment. - Proactive, personable,
- working and easily adaptable. - Experience using Linked
In. - Relevant experience in the Training,
- Learning, HR services industry is definitely a plus. - At least B2 English level
- Fluency in German is a must.
- Be available to work 4 days a week at the office
