What You'll Do
- Develop our German territory by prospecting clients in the Education market, identifying decision makers, providing proposals, and closing meetings.
- Qualify prospects’
- critical issues, challenge conventional learning approaches, and lead sales conversations that articulate the business impact of go
FLUENT solutions. - Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for go
FLUENT solutions. - Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision‑makers from key client accounts.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to close high‑potential deals.
- Participate in exhibitions and events.
- Travel to customer sites within your territory to support your sales efforts.
What You'll Need
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2Edu sales; Saa
S and international experience a plus. - Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of education organizations, including senior managers and the C‑suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Team player, self‑motivated, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented, collaborative environment.
- Proactive, personable, hard‑working, and easily adaptable.
- Experience using Linked
In. - Relevant experience in the Training, e‑Learning, HR services industry is definitely a plus.
- At least B2 English level.
- Fluency in German is a must.
- Be available to work 4 days a week at the office.
