We are looking for an Account Executive (Hunter) — AI & Data Governance - Iberia, to join our growing team in Porto and become part of a global organization with more than 200 data experts working across three continents.
The Challenge
We are looking for a hunter focused on acquiring new logos in
- large/enterprise accounts across the Iberian Peninsula — with a strong focus on Spain. The goal is to open doors and accelerate opportunities in AI (business use cases) and Data (governance programs, Analytics, MDM), presenting service proposals (consulting and implementation). We do not require a specific background in AI/Governance (we value experience selling technology/data services) but seek a proactive, ambitious,
- driven profile with proven ability to generate opportunities from scratch.

Key Responsibilities
- Hunting (ABS/ABM): Identify target accounts in Spain/Portugal, map buying centers (CDO/CIO/COO/CFO/Compliance/Operations), and execute multithread/multi-channel approaches.
- Executive Prospecting: Qualify pain points, quantify impact (risk, efficiency, revenue), define value hypotheses and next steps.
- Operational Prospecting: Conduct personalized outreach (calls/emails/Linked
In) to secure introductory meetings and build a healthy pipeline. - Proposal Coordination: Lead the process with technical teams (scope, effort, risks, investment) and craft ROI-driven narratives.
- Pipeline Management & Planning: Maintain CRM, ensure pipeline coverage, and meeting cadence.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at technology or industry events, proactively engaging participants to identify collaboration opportunities.
Profile We Are Looking For
- Experience selling data and technology services; specific background in AI/Data is not mandatory but fast learning and comfort engaging with data/IT teams is essential.
- Proactive in defining sales initiatives.
- Natural hunter: proven track record of opening new clients (ideally
- large/enterprise) and building pipeline from scratch. - Business language + technical fluency: able to speak with C-level (value, risk, TCO/ROI) and data/governance teams (without being a technician).
- Solid sales process: target accounts, stakeholder mapping, multithreading,
- channel activities, action plans, objection handling, and negotiation. - Fluent Spanish (mandatory); excellent Portuguese; English is a plus.
- Highly active on professional social networks but values
