Your Mission: Own the Complete Sales Journey
As our Account Executive, you'll take 360° ownership of the entire sales cycle—from initial prospecting through contract signature and successful client onboarding. This is a hunter role focused on new business acquisition within your designated territory.
Core Responsibilities
New Business Development
Drive outbound prospecting through strategic cold calling, targeted email campaigns, social selling, and networking
Generate qualified pipeline within assigned territory/vertical
Research and identify
- value prospects across enterprise and
- market segments
Consultative Selling & Relationship Building
Conduct thorough discovery sessions using proven methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN)
Lead compelling product demonstrations and tailored presentations to C-level stakeholders
Build
- threaded relationships across complex buying committees
Position solutions that directly address client pain points and business objectives
Deal Management & Closing
Manage complex sales cycles ranging from a few weeks to several months for deals worth £50 to £500k
Navigate competitive evaluations and procurement processes
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve
- win outcomes
Collaborate with legal, finance, and technical teams to ensure smooth deal progression
Pipeline & Forecast Management
Maintain (3-4x) pipeline coverage to ensure consistent quota attainment
Provide accurate weekly forecasting with detailed deal progression analysis
Utilise CRM tool (currently Hubspot) to track all client interactions and sales activities
Conduct regular pipeline reviews with sales leadership using structured methodologies
Client Success Partnership
Ensure seamless handoff to Customer Success teams

5+ years of
- carrying B2B sales experience, preferably in (industry/Saa
S/technology)
Proven track record of 110%+ quota attainment for minimum 2+ consecutive years
Complex deal experience managing £50k-£500k+ transactions with varied sales cycles
Enterprise selling experience with C-level stakeholder engagement
Core Competencies
