Job Summary
As an Account Executive at Rovo Assembly, you will join our growing sales team and help scale our business across France and Portugal. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in B2B Sales and consultative selling to build genuine partnerships and not just close deals. Our most successful Account Executives act more as consultants—curious, strategic, and deeply committed to understanding client needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Account Growth & Reorders: Maximize reorder revenue, develop account strategies, establish C-level relationships, convert
- time orders into strategic partnerships, and identify expansion opportunities. - New Business Development: Lead outbound campaigns, travel for
- person meetings, position Assembly as a premium, sustainable manufacturer, pursue
- potential inbound leads, and convert Tier 2 leads into Tier 1 opportunities. - Strategic Planning & Collaboration: Provide market feedback, shape sales strategies, track pipeline in Hub
Spot, and collaborate with marketing on regional campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in premium apparel, fashion, or branded merchandise
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and building
- term client relationships - Strong presence during enterprise presentations
- Natural curiosity and a consultative approach
- Excellent project management and attention to detail
- Fluency in English, French, and Portuguese
- Willingness to travel periodically
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Hub
Spot and Asana - Deep understanding of brand building and premium positioning
- Experience selling to enterprise clients
- Interest in fashion and design
- History of building C-level relationships
- Fluency in Spanish
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles
Benefits & Working Conditions
- Base Salary: €32, 000 - €35, 000/year; Commissions up to €17, 000/year
