Overview
The Account Executive is responsible for driving new business opportunities and developing existing customer relationships within their territory. This includes managing the customer acquisition process from lead to close and actively developing pipeline while delivering
- term results. The role aims to help us meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets within the territory.
Main Responsibilities
- Meet monthly / quarterly targets by driving new opportunities and selling our solutions into new accounts.
- Manage the entire new business sales process from lead to close, to ensure delivery against key performance metrics.
- Pipeline development through cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge / networking.
- Generate
- term results while maintaining a
- term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation. - Daily update of CRM with accurate customer and pipeline data.
- Accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.
Required Skills
- Experience in selling software solutions; experience in the kitchen and bathroom industries is advantageous.
- Sales representative with a focus on new business sales, ideally supporting small to
- sized companies. - Ability to manage a designated territory, identify and prioritize target accounts, and allocate resources accordingly.
- Proficiency in managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closure, including prospecting, qualifying leads, demonstrations, negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Proficiency in negotiating terms and pricing to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs monthly and quarterly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and
- driven mindset. - Strong skills in building and nurturing customer relationships with existing clients and new prospects.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Salesforce), Microsoft Office and other sales productivity tools.
- Good understanding of the kitchen and bathroom industries, including trends, competitors, and key stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills, managing multiple accounts, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Fluent in Catalan and/or Portuguese.
