About the role
As an Account Executive - Link at Liminal, you will guide qualified prospects into becoming
- term clients of the Link platform. Partnering closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), you will manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing, engaging in
- sales tasks such as client briefings, needs assessments, and tailored demonstrations of the Link platform’s capabilities. This role requires a strategic,
- focused approach and a deep understanding of how the Link platform can address challenges in digital identity, cybersecurity, and financial compliance.
What you'll do
Client Engagement and Sales Management
- Achieve sales targets for our research business by identifying, qualifying, and closing new clients, ensuring growth within the designated territory or vertical.
- Own and guide the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to signed contract, ensuring a
- centered approach and
- through at each stage.
- Conduct detailed client briefings and discovery calls to understand client needs, ensuring tailored sales presentations and proposals.
- Lead impactful product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the value of Liminal’s research offerings, addressing client pain points effectively.
- Collaborate with the BDR to identify new business opportunities, engage target accounts, and develop strategic sales plans aligned with client goals and Liminal’s offerings.
CRM and Reporting
- Maintain accurate and current records in our CRM (Hub
Spot), including all client interactions and sales pipeline updates.
- Forecast personal sales activity, track progress toward revenue goals, and provide updates during team meetings.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Share client feedback and industry insights with internal teams to help shape research offerings.
- Work closely with the BDR, marketing, and research teams to align strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of sales or account executive experience, with a proven record of exceeding a $500K+ quota, preferably in research or advisory services.
- Familiarity with digital identity, cybersecurity, or fintech is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong proficiency with CRM tools like Hub
Spot.
- Ability to thrive in a
- paced environment and adapt to changing client needs and market demands.
