Account Executive

About the role:
- As an Account Executive, you will serve as a trusted advisor to both our customers and internal leaders. You will embody the company’s values, facilitate seamless communication among stakeholders, and contribute to the successful fulfillment of commitments;
- You must have an exceptional ability to understand client needs and develop tailored account plans that drive growth and foster
- term loyalty; - This role offers a hybrid arrangement for those based in Lisbon.
About the responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and maintain strong engagement;
- Prepare and oversee budgets to ensure financial efficiency;
- Lead and support a functional team;
- Ensure timely and successful project delivery;
- Maintain accountability for all aspects of client accounts;
- Oversee adherence to contractual SLAs;
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic meetings;
- Identify commercial opportunities and drive account growth;
- Foster alignment between airline culture and internal team operations;
- Develop and implement Flight Entertainment (IFE) strategies;
- Conduct quality control checks at airports when possible;
- Provide insights and recommendations on promotional content and featured categories;
- Oversee airline budget creation and financial tracking;
- Ensure smooth invoicing processes.
About you:
- Professional working proficiency in Arabic is mandatory;
- Professional working proficiency in English is mandatory;
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
- Background in the entertainment and/or aviation industry is a plus;
- Customer service experience is a plus;
- Strong organizational and management skills;
- Proactive and
- oriented mindset; - Ethical, highly motivated, and adaptable;
- Analytical and driven approach;
- Leadership and strategic thinking abilities;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Comfortable working in multicultural environments;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Keynote.
