Bar Ogilvy is hiring an Account Executive in Lisbon. We are looking for someone with a passion for brands, creativity, and strong organizational skills to manage the work of our Content Studio team, ensuring that all content produced aligns with the guidelines of various brands and is tailored to their target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the priorities of the Content Studio, ensuring the delivery of relevant and impactful content for multiple brands and their respective target audiences.
Collaborate with
- functional teams (digital, strategy, production, etc. ), ensuring an efficient workflow among all parties involved in each process.
Coordinate deadlines and workflows, ensuring
- time deliveries while maintaining the quality standards of the Content Studio.
Monitor market trends and propose innovations in content development, adapting to the needs of different brands and consumers.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Management, or related fields.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in content creation and management, preferably in an agency environment.
Solid knowledge of content marketing, including the ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines to develop strategic, consistent, and
- oriented content.
Project management skills, including task prioritization and meeting deadlines.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) - mandatory requirement.
Valued Skills:
Previous experience in team or project coordination.
Ability to adapt to working with different brands and target audiences.
Knowledge of content performance metrics and data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Interest in staying

Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially in international contexts and interactions with global clients.
