The Account Executive (AE) role is critical in Zyte's sales organization. It drives new business acquisition and
- line revenue growth. The sales team is
- oriented, aiming to achieve monthly and quarterly booking and invoice objectives, while strategically expanding in key areas.

You will work with a team comprising a Sales Manager, a Business Development Rep (BDR), and a Solutions Architect (SA). Your main responsibility is to acquire new business from net new accounts. You will handle Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) from a BDR, progressing them through the sales cycle to closure, and creating opportunities through outbound campaigns targeting strategic prospects. Your goal is to understand customer needs and offer Zyte products as the best fit, leveraging your product expertise. You will also collaborate with the Demand Generation team, providing feedback on lead quality and conversion rates.
Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Significant experience in outbound sales is essential
- Generate appointments via email, phone, social media, and networking to promote Zyte solutions
- Proactively contact strategic prospects to create opportunities and win business
- Use strong selling and influencing skills to close deals
- Provide prompt
- up and document results in CRM - Qualify customers through detailed questioning and score their likelihood to buy
- Forecast your sales pipeline accurately using Zyte’s Sales Methodology
- Maintain high standards in logging and updating customer records in CRM
- Attend customer meetings and conferences as needed
Additional Requirements:
- 3+ years in outbound sales
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and activity quotas
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and capable of working under pressure
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Effective team player
- High organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives
- Knowledge of data harvesting/web crawling is a plus
- Experience selling Saa

- Creative, proactive, and commercially aware
- Experience with sales analytics and pipeline management techniques
