Job Summary
As an Account Executive at Rovo Group, you will join our growing sales team and help scale our business across Spain and/or Italy. In this role, you will apply your expertise in B2B Sales and consultative excellence while building genuine partnerships and not only closing deals. Our most successful Account Executives are more consultants than traditional salespeople - they're curious, strategic, and deeply committed to understanding their clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
Account Growth & Reorders
- Maximize reorder revenue from existing accounts
- Develop and implement account strategies to capture entire branded apparel budgets
- Establish and nurture C-level relationships with key decision makers
- Convert
- time orders into
- term strategic partnerships - Identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within enterprise clients to drive growth
New Business Development
- Lead targeted outbound campaigns in key cities, building and maintaining a pipeline of €50k+ opportunities
- Travel to key markets for
- impact
- person meetings and presentations - Position Assembly as a premium, sustainable manufacturing partner through strategic outreach
- Engage with
- potential Tier 1 inbound leads and convert Tier 2 leads into Tier 1 opportunities through consultative selling
Strategic Planning & Collaboration
- Provide valuable market feedback to product and production teams
- Play an active role in shaping and executing sales strategies
- Ensure accurate pipeline and deal tracking within Hub
Spot - Work closely with marketing on targeted regional campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in premium apparel, fashion, or branded merchandise
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and building
- term client relationships - Strong presence for enterprise presentations
- Curiosity and consultative approach to client needs
- Excellent project management and attention to detail
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish or Italian (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel periodically
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Hub
Spot and Asana - Understanding of brand building and premium positioning
- Experience selling to enterprise clients
- Interest in fashion and design
- Ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles
Benefits & Working Conditions
- Base Salary: €32, 000 - €35, 000 per year
- Commissions: up to €17, 000 per year
