About The Team- FXLM MAST Institutional Sales at BNP Paribas - Global Markets acts as the point of contact for clients who are looking for help with sourcing liquidity, getting efficient market access, pricing, and execution, by engaging in high‑frequency interactions. Key Role Responsibilities- Identify costumer needs and selling our transactional and products capabilities. - Sell FXLM products and promote the Group's brand to our Institutional clients. - Provide clients with market insights, trade ideas, and actionable trading strategies. - Hold regular performance reviews with clients. - Understanding how clients choose counterparties for risk pricing and maximizing the chances to see the trades. - Provide clients with market data, prices and other information;





- Prioritizedigitalization, automation and use data to improve the clients’ journey, drive BNPP’s growth and market share expansion;





- Monitor, manage and market e‑trading capabilities and performance. Profile And Skills To Success- Master’s degree, preferably in Finance. - Excellent communication skills, oral and written, in English (additional European language preferred);
