Role Description

This is a
- time
- site Account Manager role based in Lisbon. The Account Manager will manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify growth opportunities within accounts. Responsibilities include maintaining regular communication with clients, managing accounts, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, and driving client retention and account expansion. The role also involves generating account reports, presenting updates, and fostering
- term professional relationships.

Qualifications

• Account Management, Relationship Management, and Client Retention Skills
• Project Coordination, Organization, and Communication Skills
• Understanding of Data Governance, AI, and Digital Transformation is highly preferred
• Proven ability to upsell and
  - sell within client accounts
• Excellent
  - solving skills and ability to work with
  - functional teams
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a data or AI-driven organization is a plus
