FAZ is looking for an organized, proactive Account Manager with strong leadership skills.

EXTRAORDINARY ACCOUNT MANAGER!

01. About the role:

We’re looking for someone who not only thinks outside the box but also knows how to build the box when necessary (metaphorically speaking, of course). If you excel at managing campaigns, have a keen eye for detail, and are an expert at building client relationships, we want to meet you!

In this role, you will be the crucial point of contact for some of the biggest brands in the market, working closely with our Account Directors and creative teams to deliver campaigns that not only surprise but also exceed client objectives. You’ll need to balance the art of creativity with the science of results – and if that balance excites you, keep reading!

02. What You’ll Do:

• Manage client relationships from A to Z, ensuring a smooth experience and exceptional results (no complications!).
• Work side by side with the creative and digital teams, ensuring campaigns meet the brief and, of course, exceed expectations.
• Develop integrated strategies that combine social media, digital, and offline efforts because we know the right mix creates impact.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, always ready to solve challenges and propose creative solutions.
• Oversee deadlines and budgets like a true maestro, ensuring everything runs as planned.
• Present creative ideas clearly and persuasively, getting clients just as excited as you are.

03. Ideal Profile:

• Proven experience as an Account Manager (preferably in an agency, where the adrenaline never stops).
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once, with attention to detail and keeping cool under pressure.
• Ability to develop creative campaigns that not only captivate but are strategically on point.
• Excellent communication skills – both for interacting with clients and inspiring internal teams.
• Obsession with results and KPIs, and you know exactly how to achieve them.
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing trends, social media, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Proactive

  - paced, challenging environment.
• You’ll work with iconic brands and face challenges as big as the world.
