- focused Account Manager to join our team and drive value through strong client relationships and impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence and efficiency.
2. Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and ensure project success across departments like marketing, design, and support.
4. Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and proactively communicate updates to clients.
5. Identify opportunities for upselling or
   - selling services that align with client objectives.
6. Analyze account performance and generate insights to optimize service delivery.
7. Handle client escalations with professionalism and a
   - first mindset.
8. Build
   - term relationships that drive retention and customer satisfaction.

Requisitos

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, client services, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English (spoken and written); Spanish is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple accounts in a
  - paced environment.
• Experience working
  - functionally with creative, marketing, and technical teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with project management and CRM tools is a plus (e. g. , Hub
  Spot, Asana, Trello).
