As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing the current client portfolio in Portugal, ensuring maximum satisfaction, retention, and business growth with each account.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
- Develop a close relationship with assigned clients, understanding their logistics flows and specific needs.
- Propose and implement improvements that increase merchant volume, conversion, and

- checkout. - Analyze usage, conversion, and service performance data across different channels (in-home,

- home, D+1, D+2). - Identify upselling or expansion opportunities within the same client.
- Support technical integration, joint marketing, or operational adaptation processes.
- Work in coordination with the product, operations, and global sales teams.
- Ensure compliance with KPIs: managed volume, conversion,

- checkout, and NPS.
Well, what will the requirements be?
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as an Account Manager or KAM in B2B environments, ideally in logistics,
- commerce, or Saa
S. - Languages: Native Portuguese speaker and advanced English proficiency (minimum C1); fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Mastery of analytics and CRM tools: Excel, dashboards, and prior experience with Hub
Spot will be highly valued. - Analytical and commercial mindset: understanding of key metrics such as conversion, checkout rate, and usage frequency.
- Strong customer and continuous improvement focus.
- Ability to work autonomously, yet integrate well into multidisciplinary and international teams.
