? What we’re looking for:

• Experience in Account Management, Marketing, or similar roles.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse performance data and identify actionable improvements.
• Strong writing skills for promotional and
  - facing content.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).

  Gaming experience is a strong plus.

• Negotiate promotions, marketing campaigns, and visibility opportunities with operators.
• Ensure all promotional initiatives are delivered on time and as agreed.
• Analyse campaign performance and prepare optimisation strategies.
• Write clear, concise promotional copy and public release text.
• Provide structured feedback on internal tools to help the tech team improve usability.
• Maintain strong,
