Account Manager
To support our growth, we are looking for an Account Manager to strengthen our relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of clients, ensuring an excellent service experience
- Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout their lifecycle
- Oversee onboarding, ongoing support, and retention processes
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling Papayya services
- Collect and organize client and user feedback for continuous product improvement
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams on initiatives and campaigns
- Prepare simple performance reports related to client accounts and implemented actions
Mandatory Requirements
- Degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, Economics, or a related field
- Fluency in English (mandatory); the role will be performed almost entirely in English
- Eligibility for IEFP professional internship (mandatory)
- Strong customer‑facing and communication skills
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage priorities
- Proactive and autonomous mindset with a focus on execution and results
Preferred
- Previous experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or in similar commercial roles (including internships) and experience working in fast‑paced environments—nice to have
- Interest in technology, digital products, and/or fitness/health
