What will you do?
- Make outbound calls to current customers to present solutions that increase their revenue with The
Fork. - Support restaurant clients via email and phone, assisting with positioning, revenue management, and online marketing.
- Sell, upsell, and retain products and customers.
- Build
- term relationships with clients. - Provide support and training on our tools.
Your KPIs include, but are not limited to, product sales, restaurant engagement with The
Fork tools, and participation in The
Fork Festivals.

Who are you?
- Experience in pitching and selling promotions or deals.
- Experience managing a high volume of calls and accounts (40-50 calls, 400-800 accounts).
Plus requirements:
- Experience as a sales representative or account manager.
- Experience in the restaurant industry is preferred.
- Experience in
- commerce is a plus. - Native Portuguese speaker and fluent in English.
