Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Our team in Portugal consists of 8 people (including 3 Account Managers) and is an integral part of our company’s global presence. We combine local expertise with our broader company vision.
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in building excellent relationships with our clients. Your expertise and active listening skills will help them achieve their goals.
You will work closely with the sales and technical account management teams and report to the Country Manager.
You Will
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts;
- Cooperate with major brands in Portugal;
- Meet clients regularly

- face to ensure premium customer service; - Create campaign strategies based on data analysis, creativity, and client needs;
- Adhere to campaign management goals, including maintaining margins and scaling campaigns;
- Respond professionally and promptly to customer requests and inquiries;
- Report on campaign status for major clients and suggest improvements for
- sell and upsell opportunities; - Maintain customer success and
- term relationships; - Provide information about the company's services and products;
- Assist clients with launching ad campaigns;
- Review and process orders, ensuring timely payments.
Desired Experience
- 5+ years in digital advertising in
- facing roles; - Experience in Ad
Tech, advertising, or agency environments, both in performance and awareness campaigns; - Bachelor’s degree or similar;
- Strong commercial acumen;
- Interest in digital marketing/e-commerce;
- Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace;
- Knowledge of customer support tools and processes;
- Ability to understand customer needs;
- Excellent analytical and
- solving skills; - Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to multitask with high energy and resourcefulness;
- Motivated and eager to learn;
- Positive attitude;
- Proficiency in Portuguese and advanced English (C1); Spanish is a plus.
