Account Manager

360imprimir/BIZAY is a worldwide marketing products and services marketplace that is constantly growing through technological reinvention. We help and inspire small and medium‑sized enterprises (SMEs) to achieve successful communications by changing how they develop and implement their marketing strategy.

Role Overview

Deliver results and achieve goals independently. Understand the client’s business, support their strategic growth, and build long‑term, relationship‑based partnerships. Present tailored proposals that address each client’s specific needs while identifying new growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic planning of the account or client.
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to ensure client needs are met with excellence.
• Possess deep knowledge of products, production timelines, and distribution schedules to accurately inform clients.
• Present tailored proposals and new growth opportunities to clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in account management within an SME environment.
• Hard skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, Power
  Point).
• Fluency/Native in Portuguese or Spanish (mandatory).
• Fluent in English (a plus).
• Mandatory: industry knowledge in marketing solutions, printing, and promotional gifts.

• Degree in a relevant area.
• Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to understand client needs and articulate value propositions.
