RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer relationships by collecting relevant market information and visiting potential and existing clients to capture sales leads and analyze client needs.
- Coordinate internal resources and feasibility studies for potential projects.
- Organize and execute PR activities, such as conferences with clients.
- Evaluate company capabilities to meet client needs.
- Lead tender proposals and prepare relevant documents based on client RFPs.
- Define project scope with technical and business departments based on client requirements and submit tender proposals.
- Visit clients periodically to update requirements and allocate internal resources accordingly.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good knowledge of the telecommunication business in the Portugal market.
- Good knowledge of telecommunication products and solutions.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph
D degree. - At least 3-5 years of experience in telecommunication sales.
SKILLS:
General: Good teamwork, communication skills, persistence, sense of responsibility, and ability to handle stress.
Special: Strong customer PR and negotiation skills, fluent in English and Portuguese.
