The Role

• Telephone and
  - person support
• Agenda and supplies management
• Support in formatting documents (reports, proposals, presentations, etc. ), particularly in Word and Power
  Point
• Billing
• Preparation of time control maps
• Travel booking
• Support for small internal events
• Inherent administrative tasks

Profile:

• Previous EA experience (preferably in financial services sector)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English
• Soft skills required: planning and organization, problem solving, proactivity and
  - building
