About the Role:

We are seeking an English speaking experienced and highly organized Account Manager - Exhibition builds to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a exhibition builds worldwide. This role is critical in ensuring that all aspects of the project—from concept development to installation—are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning and scheduling for the exhibit, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
• Coordinate
  - functional teams including curatorial, design, fabrication, education, marketing, and operations
• Manage external vendors, contractors, and exhibition partners
• Monitor budgets, invoices, and contracts to ensure financial accountability
• Oversee shipping, logistics, and installation/deinstallation schedules
• Track progress and resolve project issues or delays proactively
• Communicate project status to internal stakeholders through regular updates and reports
• Ensure all aspects of the exhibition meet institutional standards for accessibility, safety, and visitor experience

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing exhibitions, museum projects, or
  - scale event installations
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with exhibition design, production, and installation processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (e. g. , Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project)
• Knowledge of museum best practices and conservation guidelines is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Museum Studies, Design, or related field preferred
