? We are looking for an Account Officer.

Main Tasks:

• Monitor and categorize all incoming client requests.
• Perform Clearing Houses vs Back Office Reconciliation checks (margins, payments, positions).
• Act as the first point of contact for all counterparties (clients, brokers, CCPs) regarding financial deliveries.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal and/or external entities to gather details for unidentified entries.
• Maintain active communication channels with internal business teams.
• Escalate any unresolved or complex open items to the Team Leader.
• Assess and understand risks inherent in daily operations.
• Apply the Control Framework to mitigate identified risks.
• Take corrective actions where needed, in coordination with the Team Leader.
• Document key actions, decisions, and exceptions for tracking and audit purposes.

Main Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
• Solid knowledge of Financial Markets and related operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external counterparties.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English is mandatory (B2+).
