Account Partner - Neuromuscular Disease - Midlands

This newly created role is within an innovative,
- based pharmaceutical group known for diversity, reputation, and passion. The company pioneers in personalised healthcare, providing tailored products for specific patient groups in pharmaceuticals and diagnostics.

The Neuromuscular Disease (NMD) Account Partner acts as a key advocate for NMD treatments. This role involves engaging proactively with healthcare professionals and NHS stakeholders, implementing strategies to promote therapies, and improving patient outcomes. The role requires adherence to high ethical standards and compliance policies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Personalising customer engagement by understanding their values, motivations, and preferences
• Building strong relationships with NHS stakeholders to promote NMD treatments
• Collaborating with
  - functional teams to develop stakeholder engagement plans in the NMD area
• Executing
  - level engagement strategies to meet commercial objectives
• Supporting NHS service development for NMD patients through business case and service plan
  - creation

Qualifications & Experience:

• Significant experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding targets and goals
• Ability to communicate complex clinical and product information effectively
• Experience with digital tools to enhance customer engagement
• Strong analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with CRM tools and data analysis dashboards
