Responsibilities

• Be able to correctly perform all tasks in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).
• Support in launching invoices in ERP and
  - up of receptions.
• Be able to manage requests for credits/debits to suppliers and forward them to the right contact.
• Support the management of cash advances.
• Support in the management of quantity and prices incongruities with internal departments and with suppliers.
• Send invoices without reception in the system to the correspondents of each factory.
• Archive invoices.

Qualifications

• High school or professional course related.
• Ability to communicate in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Good computer skills (MS Office).
• Complex numerical and bureaucratic aptitude.
• Teamwork and time management skills.
