We are seeking a highly motivated Account Services Specialist to join our Customer Experience team. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth
- related processes, working with
- functional teams to build strong client relationships and address their needs effectively.

• Handle invoice corrections and manage subscriptions for accurate billing and account functionality
• Address customer billing concerns via email, phone, or live chat with professionalism and customer focus
• Assist customers through all processes to ensure account functionality
• Utilize Net
  Suite and Salesforce to enhance efficiency in account management

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong listening, logical reasoning,
  - through, and communication skills in English and French or Italian
• Easy to work with, with a sense of urgency
• Proven success in similar roles, with experience in telephony, email, and video conferencing
• Relevant experience in account management or collections

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with Salesforce and Net
  Suite is a plus
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
