What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Services Specialist to join our Customer Experience department. In this role, you will ensure the seamless operation of
- related processes, collaborate with
- functional teams, and build strong relationships with clients to address their needs effectively.

• Handle invoice corrections and manage subscriptions for accurate billing and account functionality.
• Address billing concerns via email, phone, or live chat with professionalism and customer focus.
• Assist customers throughout all processes to ensure account functionality.
• Utilize Net
  Suite and Salesforce to improve efficiency in account management.

Basic Qualifications

• Excellent listening, logical reasoning,
  - through, and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Collaborative and easy to work with.
• Sense of urgency and proactive attitude.
• Proven success in a similar role.
• Experience with telephones, email, and video conferencing.
• Relevant experience in roles such as collections is a plus.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages like Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian are advantageous.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce and Net
  Suite is beneficial.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
