What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Services Specialist to join our Customer Experience department. In this role, you will ensure the seamless operation of
- related processes, collaborate with
- functional teams, and build strong relationships with clients to address their needs effectively.

- Handle invoice corrections and manage subscriptions for accurate billing and account functionality.
- Address billing concerns via email, phone, or live chat with professionalism and customer focus.
- Assist customers throughout all processes to ensure account functionality.
- Utilize Net
Suite and Salesforce to improve efficiency in account management.
Basic Qualifications
- Excellent listening, logical reasoning,
- through, and communication skills (written and verbal). - Collaborative and easy to work with.
- Sense of urgency and proactive attitude.
- Proven success in a similar role.
- Experience with telephones, email, and video conferencing.
- Relevant experience in roles such as collections is a plus.
- Fluent in English and German; additional languages like Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian are advantageous.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with Salesforce and Net
Suite is beneficial. - Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
