We are currently recruiting an Account to Report Specialist, fluent in English, to join our team.

Location and Schedule

Lisbon, Portugal (Av. Defensores Chaves 45, Lisboa) with Hybrid working arrangements.

Responsibilities

1. Perform balance sheet reconciliations, including research and resolution of discrepancies;
2. Process journal entries for various corporate entities and maintain documentation in line with company policies;
3. Conduct all relevant
   - end closing activities;
4. Process intercompany transactions and reconcile intercompany balance sheet accounts;
5. Prepare calculations for judgmental balance sheet reserves and collaborate with country finance teams for reserve analyses;
6. Continuously seek process improvement opportunities;
7. Support the transition of new processes from country finance teams into the BSC;
8. Maintain files and documentation accurately, adhering to company policies and accounting standards.

Candidate Profile

1. Experience in a similar role;
2. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or equivalent;
3. Knowledge of U. S. GAAP and IFRS is a plus;
4. Experience with SAP preferred;
5. Detail-oriented, professional, reliable, good communication skills, team player;
6. Fluent in English; additional European languages are advantageous;
7. Experience in Shared Services or multinational environment is a plus.
